Introduction

WeTech AI is committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. We recognize, however, that there may be occasions when clients wish to request a refund. This Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund might be granted.

Notice for Refund

If for any reason a client is not satisfied with the digital marketing services provided by WeTech AI, they may request a refund. Clients must provide us with a written notice of their intent to seek a refund at least 15 days prior to the termination of the service. Refund Process

Upon receipt and approval of a valid refund request, WeTech AI shall process the refund within 48 hours. Refunds shall be made to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Limitation & Exclusions

a. Digital Services: Given the nature of digital marketing services, clients understand and acknowledge that certain services might not have tangible goods that can be returned. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of WeTech AI.

b. Changes After Approval: Should a client request changes on a project after the work has been approved, additional charges may apply, and these charges will not be eligible for a refund.
